Before your party here is a list of things you could do in your yard to make things look a bit better.
- deadhead old Peony flowers
- deadhead and spray roses
- fertilize and water new plants
- pull weeds and put down your last application of preen
- put some Gypsum on the grass (especially in clay soils)
- seal your patio with a sealer and/or sweep some sand in the cracks
- dig out the firepit and dispose of old ash
- edge your bed lines
- last weekend to prune the lilacs or you will be cutting off next year’s flowers waiting any longer!
