The Steps in Our Landscape Design Phase

Our technical design phase is structured to ensure that no detail is overlooked, keeping you informed and involved as your custom plans come to life.

• Comprehensive Site Inventory & Technical Modeling – Utilizing high-precision technical site measurement tools and site data, we map out exact property lines, existing structures, elevations, and drainage patterns to create an accurate base model of your yard.

• Conceptual Sketching & Material Selection – We begin drafting structural layouts and evaluating materials. This includes selecting the ideal stones for custom paver patios and retaining walls while simultaneously curating a softscape palette of traditional nursery or native Minnesota plants.

• Master 2D Design Presentation & Collaboration – We meet to review your custom, highly detailed 2D landscape drawings and spatial layouts. This collaborative review ensures the proposed elements perfectly align with your aesthetic preferences, spatial needs, and investment budget.

• Refinement & Final Plan Finalization – Based on your feedback, we refine the technical elements and finalize the blueprint. Having highly detailed final plans allows our installation teams to execute the project with complete precision.

• Project Scheduling & Seamless Onboarding – Once the design is finalized and approved, we review the target installation calendar, secure the project deposit, and formally schedule your build phase to beat the seasonal spring and summer rush.
